Privacy

Your privacy, in plain words

This site is run by Johanna, the owner of Medulla Textiles. Here’s exactly what happens with your information.

What we collect

Only what you type into the signup form: your email address and, if you choose to share it, your first name, plus the date you signed up.

Why

To let you know about sales, new products and news from Medulla Textiles. Nothing else.

Where it’s kept

Your details are stored securely in a private Google Sheet managed by Exclusive Website Online on the shop’s behalf, and only used for this shop’s emails. They are never sold, rented or shared. The site is built and hosted by Exclusive Website Online on Johanna’s behalf.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time, or ask for your details to be deleted, by emailing hello@medullatextiles.exclusivewebsite.online.

Cookies and tracking

No tracking or advertising cookies. We count visits anonymously with GoatCounter (goatcounter.com), which doesn’t use cookies or collect personal information: only which page was viewed, the referring site (for example Instagram), and the type of device.

Your browser keeps one small note (local storage) so the signup popup doesn’t reappear after you’ve signed up or said no thanks; it expires after 30 days. Fonts and images load from this site only. Purchases are completed in the online shop, under that shop’s own privacy policy.
